Our Returns Policy is important to us.

WE PROUDLY STAND BEHIND ALL OUR PRODUCTS.

Petmarket.localvet.co.uk are not happy unless you the customer are 100% satisfied. You can return any product purchased from us within 30 days of the order date, however limitations apply. Please see below for more details. In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully.

Step 1.

You should email us at admin@petmarket.localvet.co.uk, or call us at 02070 419 121. We like our customers to provide an explanation of why the product needs to be returned.

Step 2.

Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, order number, address, return code and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box. The products your returning should be either unopened or in otherwise new condition to ensure that you‘re eligible for a full refund.

Step 3.

Returns

We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. Petmarket.localvet.co.uk will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Petmarket.localvet.co.uk.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory wrights.

(Example) Check policy before you buy

You can only return non-faulty goods for an exchange or refund if the retailer has a returns policy.

It’s worth noting that shops aren’t required by law to have a returns policy.

Under the Consumer Rights Act (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act in October 2015) you have a statutory right to return something and get your money back if it’s faulty.

But you’re only entitled to an automatic refund if you return it within 30 days otherwise you must give the retailer a chance to make a repair or replacement.

Returns policies are usually displayed on receipts, on signs in store and online. You can also ring the shop’s customer services line to find out its returns policy.

Most retailers impose time limits for returning non-faulty products, such as 28 days, so you might have more time than you think.

If you paid by credit card, you also have extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
